Insulation
and energy label
A high energy-efficiency score will not only help building owners to reduce maintenance and energy costs, but will also improve the value of their property. This can be achieved in various ways, including solar panels and heat pumps. The most effective approach is to avoid energy being wasted when heating the building. A good way to achieve effective insulation is to place a membrane on both sides of the insulation material and to make it airtight using the correct tape.
Cost-effective
maintenance
Moisture is one of the most commonly encountered causes of high maintenance costs. It creates an unhealthy indoor climate and also damages the construction. If insulation material becomes moist, it becomes less effective or loses its efficiency altogether. This can lead to high maintenance costs for owners and housing associations. The moisture-regulating and insulating properties of these membranes protect vital structural components at a fraction of the cost of repair and renovation.
