VASTR® membrane tape basic is a single-sided tape for wind and waterproof sealing of overlap seams and repair of damage. VASTR® membrane tape basic is provided with a reinforcement mesh making it very strong and also easy to tear off.

VASTR® membrane tape basic can be used for taping seams or repairing PE membranes. In connection with proper air and vapour sealing with vapour control membranes, always tape off the staples even if a knee batten is applied over the staples.
VASTR® membrane tape basic should be applied to a dust and grease-free, dry surface to ensure good adhesion. Apply VASTR® membrane tape basic to the center of the seam and overlap and press firmly.
