TAFTEX® Facade Tape features a modified water-based acrylic adhesive and a siliconized paper release liner. The tape has excellent resistance to time, water, moisture, the weather elements and chemicals. TAFTEX® Facade Tape is designed specifically for the TAFTEX® UV Facade Tape membrane.

TAFTEX® Facade Tape should be used for wind and watertight sealing of the UV-resistant membrane TAFTEX® EX-210 Facade in facade and/or roof structures.
Both the permanent repair of damage, wind and watertight sealing of overlap seams, and the connection of TAFTEX® EX-210 Facade to structures should be processed with TAFTEX® Facade Tape. TAFTEX® Facade Tape can be adhered directly to wooden or steel substrates.
Applying TAFTEX® Facade Tape very carefully guarantees a durable and wind and watertight end result. TAFTEX® Facade Tape should be applied to a dust- and grease-free, dry substrate to ensure proper adhesion. Before applying TAFTEX® Facade Tape, remove the release liner and apply the tape to the center of the seam and overlap. Press and rub the tape well to eliminate air bubbles and create an optimal permanent bond.
