TAFTEX® membrane tape can be used for taping seams or repairing PE membranes. For proper air and vapour sealing of vapour control membranes, always tape off the staples even if a knee batten is applied over the staples.
TAFTEX® membrane tape should be applied to a dust- and grease-free, dry surface to ensure good adhesion. Apply TAFTEX® membrane tape to the center of the seam and overlap and press firmly.
