TAFTEX® IN-150 is a black PP non-woven coated with an aluminium layer. TAFTEX® IN-150 is a vapour barrier reflecting membrane that serves to protect insulation and construction in roofs and walls. Vapour from indoors cannot enter the structure or insulation through the TAFTEX® IN-150. The aluminium surface reflects heat radiation which contributes to higher thermal resistance.

TAFTEX® IN-150 is used as a vapour barrier membrane in wall and roof constructions. The membrane is applied to the warm side of the structure. Due to its vapour-proof property, TAFTEX® IN-150 is suitable for buildings belonging to climate class 4, such as saunas, swimming pools, bathrooms, fitness room etc. TAFTEX® IN-150 protects the structure from moisture and provides optimal airtight insulation.
Apply TAFTEX® IN-150 to the warm side of wall and roof structures. Attach the membrane to the underlying structure using staples. Observe 150 mm at horizontal and vertical overlaps. For an optimal vapour barrier, we recommend sealing staples, seams and overlaps with TAFTEX® Alu tape. Seal penetrations and connections wind and watertight with VASTR® Butyl tape or Tyvek® FlexWrap tape.
