Polytex® XTR
Polytex® XTR is an extremely strong, four-layer roof and facade membrane. The waterproof, vapor-open membrane consists of two layers of polypropylene with a functional breathable microporous film and woven reinforcement in between for extra tear and tensile resistance.

Miofol® 125S is a reinforced vapour controlling technical construction membrane. The composite membrane has an extremely long life due to the use of virgin PE.

To guarantee the quality of our product lines, we have a laboratory at our Haarlem location. Back in the 1970s, we launched the Miofol® 125G as the first in the market. A unique product due to its high vapour permeability, extremely strong reinforcement, UV stabilizers and later KOMO certification. The membrane was given the color blue with a grid, characteristically to be applied on the cold side of façade structures.
Many years later, numerous alternatives have appeared on the market that are seemingly similar to our Miofol® 125G. But appearances aside, the original remains unmatched.
